I had such a good time at the Chicago Marathon this year, that I'm ready to do another. I've tentatively decided on Miami. It's flat, warm, and Florida is just good for the soul in January. My most important criteria for this race is that I'm fully recovered from Chicago. If I have training problems, I'll just run the half and get the soul benefits without injury. Here's hoping I'm in great shape and injury free!

Very sick for what was supposed to be my 20 miler on Monday. Barely made it the 13.5 miles. Scheduled 12 miler on Saturday felt much better, and I probably could have easily made it for the 20 if this had been the weekend.
