Week 1 of 21
Sunday, May 28th, 2006I decided to start training for the Chicago Marathon this week. It was an easy week overall. I did my 10 mile run on Saturday and 20.4 miles for the week all together. There were a couple short days (today and monday, when i only did a mile and change), and a day off.
The long run was great. I feel much better trained this time around (compared to the last marathon) and only the 20 mile runs seem a bit daunting at this point.
