Chompy

I am pleased to introduce the newest member of our lawn care team: Chompy.

I have never mowed grass in my life (as Tom can attest - he always had to do it when we were kids). My backyard was becoming junglesque, so I finally made it to Home Depot and bought this mulching mower.

I’m not so good at starting it yet, but it did a good job. It’s self propelled, which helps a lot. Here is my freshly mowed lawn!

    Chompy is a good name for a mower. And the freshly mowed lawn looks great. I need to get ours out of the garage and get started.

    I don’t think I’ve ever called a lawnmower cute, but something about Chompy (perhaps because HE has a CUTE name) is just really cute to me! :)
    ps…I hate cutting grass—we have a riding lawnmower because there’s 1.98 acres to cut–but either way–riding or not, I just hate it.
